This website is operated by JomeTech Web Design, a division of JomeTech Africa, 163 Chinhoyi Street, corner Nelson Mandela Avenue, Harare, Zimbabwe.
What we collect
When you submit the quotation or contact form we collect the details you enter: your name, email address and/or phone number, company name, the website options you select and any message you write. We also receive standard technical data (such as IP address and browser type) in server logs, and, if analytics is enabled, anonymised usage statistics.
Why we collect it
To respond to your enquiry, prepare a quotation and, if you become a client, deliver and support your website. We do not sell your personal information.
If you choose to continue on WhatsApp, your message is handled by WhatsApp under its own privacy terms. We only open WhatsApp when you click the button.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are stored securely in our website system and deleted after the retention period set by the site administrator (365 days by default), unless you become a client and records are needed for the project.
Your rights
You may ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, in line with applicable Zimbabwean data protection law. Contact us using the details on our contact page.
